What difference does it make if you pray, or don't pray, today?
Does it really matter at all?
What critically important place does prayer have in your life — or anyone else's?
Are you "too busy" to pray?

This parable about prayer explores these questions and helps to answer them.

Jesse Lenoir is both a common man and an extraordinary man. He looks to be fairly ordinary, but Jesse is a man who takes prayer very seriously. And that is what makes him and his life so extraordinary. Because of his walk with God and his prayer life, angels are at work agressively and fruitfully in and around his life.

Dan Mackenzie is chief of police for the little town of Madison, and he’s thinking of moving to the big city to get a fresh start. When he meets Vicki Jo Gradishar, the daughter of a good friend, he begins thinking he might change his mind.

But when a man mysteriously disappears, Dan and VJ find themselves drawn into a mystery that tests their faith and becomes a life-or-death struggle.

Suddenly an Indian legend involving a battle fought more than a hundred years ago, pitting the Hohani, a local tribe, against a race of demons, is becoming more fact than fiction. Now it seems something has returned – and the government is following the trail.

The ensuing clash threatens to engulf Madison and destroy everyone in it.
